Movie: Boardinghouse (1982)

Film Synopsis:
Resembling a cross between "The Amityville Horror" and a Playboy Playmates video, this film tells a terrifying tale of cheap video special effects stalking bikini-clad women. In between scenes of them playfully splashing around and wrestling each other in their swimsuits, they are murdered and/or terrorized by terrifying hallucinations. These hallucinations included seeing blood in the bathroom stall (while they were trying to soap up), having a giant monster jump out of the hall closet, and seeing their faces temporarily change into rubber Halloween masks.
