Film Synopsis:
Born To Be Wild observes various orphaned forest animals and their daily behavioral interactions with the people who rescued them and raised them to adulthood. The film spans two separate geographical areas. Half of that takes place in the rainforests of Borneo, where renowned primatologist Dr. Birute Galdikas helps a baby orangutan; The other half takes place in the arid savanna of Kenya, where zoologist Dame Daphne Sheldrick works with a baby elephant calf.
