Film Synopsis:
It has been ten years since the creation of the Great Truce, an elaborate co-species surveillance system designed and monitored by cats and dogs to keep the peace when conflict arises. But when a tech-savvy criminal hacks into wireless networks to use frequencies only cats and dogs hear, he manipulates them into conflict and a worldwide battle between cats and dogs returns.
