Film Synopsis:
Esther Blodgett is just a starry-eyed farm girl trying to break into the movies. A waitress at a Hollywood party, she caught the eye of her idol Norman Maine, was sent for a screen test, and soon achieved fame as the newly minted Vicki Lester.
