Film Synopsis:
Jules has just inherited a magical Christmas-themed village and Christmas tree farm passed down to her by her grandmother. He plans to sell it and use the profits to buy his dream home in New York City. But the longer Jules remains on the farm and the more he learns how important the Christmas land is to so many families, the more Jules begins to question his motives for selling.
