Film Synopsis:
A number of strange murders in New York City seem to point to a group of deformed homeless people living in the sewers. A brave cop, a photojournalist and his girlfriend, and a crazy drifter, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, team up to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.
