Film Synopsis:
When Alice, the beloved supervisor of the neonatal intensive care unit, is forced to take early retirement, her young colleague Jenny decides to turn the staffs upcoming Christmas party into a surprise celebration for him. The plan is complicated by Matt, the hospitals new CFO, who is tasked with cutting costs.
