Film Synopsis:
Housing prices are skyrocketing in cities around the world. Income does not. Push shines a spotlight on a new breed of faceless landlord, our increasingly insurmountable cities and the escalating crisis that affects us all. This isnt gentrification, this is a different kind of monster. The film follows Leilani Farha, the UN special rapporteur on adequate housing, as she travels around the world, trying to understand who is being pushed out of cities and why.
