Film Synopsis:
Undercover cop Lucas White joins the Vin Serentos La Gang of Illegal Street Racers. Theyre fast and theyre furious and they plan to double-cross LA crime kingpin Juan Carlos de la Sol who hides his money in Taco Bells downtown.
