Film Synopsis:
In Milagro, a small town in the American Southwest, Ladd Devine plans to build a large new resort development. While activist Ruby Archuleta and attorney/newspaper editor Charlie Bloom realized that this would result in the eventual displacement of local Hispanic farmers, they were unable to generate much opposition because of the short-term opportunities offered by construction jobs.
