Film Synopsis:
In the middle of the lift of the Mariel ship - a hasty exodus of refugees from Cuba headed for America - an immigration officer accidentally mistakes the dissident Juan Raul Perez and Dorita Evita Perez are married. United by their last names and a mutual determination to emigrate, Dorita and Juan agree to play together.
