Movie: Werewolves on Wheels (1971)

Film Synopsis:
A biker gang visits a monastery where they encounter black-robed monks involved in worshiping Satan. When the monks try to persuade one of the female cyclists, Helen, to become a sacrifice to the devil, the cyclists destroy the monastery and leave. However, the monks have the last laugh, as Helen, as a result of a satanic ritual, is now possessed and at night turns into a werewolf, with terrible results for the biker gang.
