Movie: Battle for the Lost Planet (1986)

Film Synopsis:
To escape their captors, an industrial spy hijacks a space shuttle only to find the controls malfunction. Catapulting through outer space, he sees an alien warship approaching Earth. Years later when the arc of his flight path returns him to Earth, he finds the planet completely under alien domination, completely destroyed by thermo-nuclear combat.
