Movie: Chasing Rainbows (2012)
Film Synopsis:
A story about the illusion of being rich in Romania. In a country where rags-to-riches stories were everywhere, anyone would think such a thing was not only possible, but easy to achieve. The plot follows two fates: one is that of a young couple, Marius and Cosmina. Marius writes imaginary names on promotional lottery tickets just to drag Cosmina. And the lottery made him the winner. The others are two adults. Due to their lack of knowledge when it comes to modern technology, they are fooled by email spam, fall for fake online lotteries and lose their last savings. The stories converge at the end, when they lose all hope and reject their only chance of becoming rich.
