Movie: Red Sun Rising (1994)

Film Synopsis:
Thomas Hoshino (Willson) is a tough Japanese detective, who loses his partner to the deadly Yakuza assassin Jaho (Lew). He tracks the killer and his master to Los Angeles, where he teams up with Det. Karen Ryder (Farrell). Soon they discover that the Yakuza are preparing gang wars and arms smuggling. Hoshino must find a way to defeat an assassin who has mystical ninja powers.
