Movie: Conversation Piece (1974)

Film Synopsis:
A retired American professor lives a lonely life in a luxurious palazzo in Rome. He is confronted by the vulgar Italian Marchesa and her lover, her daughter and her daughters boyfriend, and forced to rent to them an apartment on the top floor of his palazzo. From this point on his quiet routine is thrown into chaos by the machinations of the tenants, and everyones lives take an unexpected but inevitable turn.
