Movie: Hammer (1972)

Film Synopsis:
Hotheaded Worker B.J. Hammer cant go long without ending up in a fight, and, after he comes out on top in a particularly impressive workplace brawl, word of his fighting skills makes its way to Davis, a top boxing manager. Hammer was hired by Davis and began a profitable career in the ring, only to find that his new employer wanted him to fight and take part in other illicit activities.
