Movie: It Could Happen to You (1994)

Film Synopsis:
Charlie Lang is a simple and kind New York City cop. When he realized he had no money to tip waitress Yvonne Biasi, Lang offered her half the winnings from the lottery ticket. Amazingly, the ticket happened to be a winner, in the amount of $4 million. True to his word, Lang began sharing prize money with Biasi, much to the dismay of his greedy wife, Muriel.
