Movie: Powaqqatsi (1988)

Film Synopsis:
Vincke and Verstuyft are one of the best detective teams from the Antwerp Police. When they are faced with the disappearance of a high-ranking official and the murder of two prostitutes, the trail leads to nearly retired killer Angelo Ledda. As LEDDA started showing symptoms of Alzheimers, it became increasingly difficult to complete his contract. When he has to kill a 12-year-old call girl, he refuses and becomes a target himself.
