Movie: The Finest Hour (1991)
Film Synopsis:
Macho Lawrence Larry Hammer and Frailer Dean Mazzoli are initially rival US Navy Seal trainees, but become friends in Instructor Petty Officer Bosco Boscos training class. The friends date two girls, but both love Barbara, who chooses to marry Larry, as the ideal father for her pre-teen son. After graduating from basic UDT/SEAL training, they chose the opposite ocean for further training. However Sadam Huseins invasion of Kuwait found both mobilized in the same unit, with Bosco, who was captured and tortured. Dean learns Barbara has left adulterer Larry.
