Film Synopsis:
Middle-aged suburban husband Richard suddenly tells his wife, Maria, that he wants a divorce. As Richard did with a younger woman, Maria enjoyed a night on the town with her friends and met a younger man. As a couple and those around them confront a seemingly futile search for what has been lost - love, joy, passion - this classic American independent film explores themes of aging and alienation.
