Movie: Lets Be Friends (2005)

Film Synopsis:
The two friends Claude and Serge are basically different in their temperament. The similarities emerge only when they try to have a relationship with a woman, as both fail equally. While Claude is too shy to start a relationship, let alone meet a woman, Serge is too anxious to have a relationship. Together they go looking for great love in all sorts of strange situations, from self-help groups to speed dating to strangers wedding celebrations - in their hunt for the right woman, they dont get very far.
